Service Description
Interior and Exterior Repairs, Minor Plumbing and Electrical, Carpentry, Landscaping, Maintenance. Service call charge will be waived if further repairs or services are requested and performed. After hour and same day services calls are available by calling to book an appointment. Please contact by phone for rush service.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Scheduling Advance Booking: Service calls must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Description Requirement: A brief description of the requested work is required. Bookings without this will be declined. Timing Variability: Actual arrival of personnel may be up to 1 hour before or after the scheduled time. Rescheduling Rights: The company may reschedule up to one day before the appointment. Service Call Charges Service Fee: A fee applies for service calls, waived if a related repair or project is performed later. Consultation Billing: Visits involving significant evaluation without specific services may be billed as consultations. Premium Service Charges: Additional fees apply for services requested after hours, on weekends, or holidays. Liability and Safety Liability Waiver: The company is not liable for damages arising from reviewed conditions unless due to company negligence. Hazardous Materials: Clients must ensure work areas are free from hazards. Services are postponed until hazards are cleared. No Refunds for Hazard Delays: Delays due to hazardous conditions do not qualify for refunds. Payments and Refunds Non-Service Refund: Payments are refunded if no service call is made. Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Company Rescheduling: No refunds if the company reschedules, but service will be rebooked at a suitable time. Dispute Resolution Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through arbitration, not litigation. Right of Refusal Behavioral Clause: Service can be refused for aggressive, rude, disrespectful, or dishonest behavior. By requesting services, clients agree to these terms, ensuring clear expectations and responsibilities.
