Booking and Scheduling Advance Booking: Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Submission Details: Clients must provide detailed information about the documents and their specific requirements. Flexibility: Documents can be submitted up to 1 hour before or after the scheduled time. Rescheduling: Clients should notify us at least one day in advance to reschedule. Fees and Charges Standard Fee: Fees vary by document type and complexity. After-Hours: Additional charges apply for reviews outside normal hours. Rush Requests: Rush reviews are available for an additional fee. Client Responsibilities Preparation: Ensure documents are complete and organized. Disclosure: Disclose any sensitive or legally significant information in the documents. Liability and Safety Liability Limitations: We are not liable for errors or omissions if full disclosure isn't provided. Non-Reviewed Items and Inaction: We are not liable for unreviewed documents or damages from client inaction. Review Time and Reporting: Adequate time is required for thorough reviews and reporting. We are not liable for outcomes due to compressed client-requested timelines. Estimates and Site Visits: Accurate estimates may require site visits. If not possible due to time constraints, we cannot be held liable for inaccuracies. Payments and Refunds Payment Terms: Payment is required before service commencement. Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled review. Company Rescheduling: If we reschedule, no refund is issued, but another time will be arranged.
