Cancellation Policy

Booking and Scheduling Advance Booking: Schedule consultations at least 48 hours in advance. Project Details: Provide a clear project scope and objectives for the consultation. Arrival Flexibility: Consultants may arrive up to 1 hour before or after the scheduled time. Rescheduling: The company may reschedule up to one day prior to the appointment. Consultation Charges Consultation Fee: A predetermined fee applies for each consultation. After-Hours Fees: Additional charges apply for after-hours, weekend, or holiday consultations. Invasive Practices: Invasive or destructive methods, used only with client consent, will incur extra charges. Client Responsibilities Safe Conditions: Ensure the consultation area is free from hazardous materials. Delays due to unsafe conditions will not be refunded. Liability and Safety Liability Waiver: The company is not liable for damages not discovered during consultations, particularly if destructive investigation is denied. Hazardous Materials: Clients must resolve hazardous conditions before the consultation. No refunds for hazard-related delays. Payments and Refunds Payment Terms: Agreed upon prior to the consultation. Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. Rescheduling by Company: If rescheduled by the company, no refunds are issued, but another convenient time will be arranged. Dispute Resolution Arbitration Clause: Disputes are resolved through arbitration, not litigation. Right of Refusal Behavioral Standards: Service may be refused for aggressive, rude, disrespectful, or dishonest behavior. By booking a consultation, clients agree to these terms, ensuring clear expectations and responsibilities for a successful engagement.
