Visualization & Planning
For complex projects, we offer 3D renderings so you can visualize your new space before construction, ensuring each design element meets your expectations. For simpler projects, we guide you to the right resources, helping you make informed design decisions with clarity and confidence.
Centralized Documentation & Custom Client Portal
Your personalized client portal keeps all design choices, approvals, and material selections organized in one place, making it easy to review and verify your decisions. The portal also includes material schedules and submittals, so you have a clear view of each selection before we proceed with ordering.
Dedicated Project Manager & Change Management
A dedicated project manager will be assigned to your project, available to address any questions or concerns. We have a clear process in place for managing change orders and addendums, should adjustments be necessary, ensuring transparency and efficient communication.
Finalizing Details & Accurate Pricing
In this phase, we confirm all project details to establish precise upfront pricing. Working closely with our network of specialists, we validate each element of the project scope to reduce the need for changes later, setting the stage for a smooth transition into construction.
